Helen Hey has been appointed General Manager, Retail Marketing. Helen was the founder of Scentre Group’s first ever greenfield venture, a loyalty enablement platform and marketplace called ‘WhatsMine’. Helen is also the co-founder of The Toy Edit, an online retailer of baby and kid-friendly products and toys. Helen was the first ever Australian winner of the Cannes Young Lion Award for Marketing, and has also been recognised in B&Ts prestigious Top 30 Under 30 Industry Leaders of Tomorrow. Prior to joining the tech and startup space, Helen specialised in leading cross disciplinary teams in integrated marketing with a focus on digital execution, customer experience, loyalty and growth. Helen has held Senior Marketing roles within Scentre Group, Audi Australia and has extensive agency experience.
Jacqui Bell has been appointed Centre Manager at Plumpton Marketplace. Jacqui has extensive experience in retail property management and most recently held the role of Centre Manager at Menai Marketplace.
Michelle Mouhtaris has been promoted to Centre Manager of Menai Marketplace. Michelle has been a Retail Manager at Macarthur Square since January 2019. Prior to joining Lendlease Michelle held management roles at JLL, Scentre Group and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Janet Reading has been promoted to Centre Manager of Craigieburn Central. Janet was previously the Retail Manager at Craigieburn Central. She’s had extensive shopping centre experience and has previously worked at Bay City Plaza, JLL and Vicinity Centres.
Louise Montafia has been appointed Marketing Manager at Smithfield Shopping Centre, Cairns. With more than 20 years’ marketing and communications experience, Louise has worked with major global retail and lifestyle brands such as Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy and represented major events including Caulfield Cup Carnival and Australian Open.
Sarah Clasen has been appointed Marketing Manager at Tweed City. She joined Lendlease following the transition of the centre to Lendlease management. Sarah has more than 20 years of retail experience working for a number of major landlords and private owners across a range of assets.
Sheena Jensen has been appointed as Marketing Manager of Plumpton Marketplace. Sheena joins with previous retail marketing experience at Vicinity Centres and Kingsland Group. She played an instrumental role in the development and opening of Lidcombe Shopping Centre and has worked across a variety of sectors.
Yvette Lewis has been promoted to Operations Manager, Cairns Central. Yvette has worked at Cairns Central for 15 years and most recently held the role of Assistant Operations Manager for Cairns Central.
John Cooper has been appointed Centre Manager, Smithfield Shopping Centre in Cairns. He joins Lendlease following the transition of the centre to Lendlease management. John brings many years of retail property experience across a range of assets.
Grant Jolley has been appointed Centre Manager at Tweed City Shopping Centre. He joins following the transition of the centre to Lendlease management. Grant has previously held the roles of Retail Manager and Marketing Manager in his career in shopping centre management.
Brett Boshard has been appointed Operations Manager at Smithfield Shopping Centre in Cairns. Brett previously held the role of Senior Operations Manager at Brisbane Transit Centre and brings diverse experience across hotels, commercial, mixed-use and government assets. Brett has also proudly served in the Australian Defence Force.
Valentina Verratti joins as Sales Executive at Smithfield Shopping Centre in Cairns. She joins following the transition of the centre to Lendlease management. Valentina has held the role of Pop Up Executive at the centre for more than two years.
Vicki Shaw has taken on the role of Pop Up Executive at Plumpton Marketplace, in addition to managing Pop Up at Macarthur Square.
Tom Sheridan has been appointed Operations Manager for Caneland Central. He most recently held the role of Technical Engineering Manager at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. Tom also worked as Chief Engineer for the Shangri-La Hotel in Brisbane.
Chantelle Clark is the new Senior Marketing Manager at a number of Stockland’s Retail Town Centres. Chantelle joins Stockland with more than seven years’ experience in the industry, previously working at a number of Vicinity centres across Melbourne – Northland, Forest Hills Chase as well as a number of marketing roles for Federations Centres’ Paradise Centre and QICGRE’s Robina Town Centre.
Emma Phillips joins as the Customer Experience Executive at Stockland Wendouree. Her previous role was the Event Support Officer at City of Ballarat Council. Emma brings excellent experience from her roles as Marketing & Events Coordinator at United Media Group and Marketing Officer at Federation University Australia.
Ashley Pilkinton has joined the Retail Marketing team in the Queensland Content & Distribution Manager role. Ashley has previously been a Community Marketing Manager in the Stockland Community Marketing team.
Emily Chuah joined Stockland in October last year as the Customer Experience Executive at Stockland Balgowlah and Stockland Piccadilly. Emily has now made the move to Stockland Wetherill Park in the same role.
Sarah Crichton joins as the new Retail Manager for Stockland Green Hills. Sarah has had various roles across asset management including Marketing, Operations and Retail Management. She joins from JLL and has worked on a number of assets in Sydney and the Newcastle area including the QVB, World Square, Charlestown Square, Jesmond and Forster.
Amy Lewis joins as the new Retail Manager for Stockland Shellharbour. She arrives after a couple of years in the Brandspace Team at Scentre Group. Prior to that, Amy worked across multiple assets in Casual Leasing for JLL. Amy has also worked in the hospitality and marketing industries, where she also gained significant experience in the retail environment.
Campbell Hanan has been appointed Head of Commercial Property, effective 1 October 2020. Campbell’s extensive experience of asset and investment management coupled with his focus on operational efficiencies places him in a great position to head Mirvac’s combined commercial portfolio of Office, Industrial, Retail and Build to Rent operational businesses.
Brett Draffen will continue in his role as Chief Investment Officer, but his role will expand to include oversight of Mirvac’s commercial and mixed-used developments, and will be particularly focused on leveraging Mirvac’s multi-asset expertise into mixed-use.
Ivanka Foti joins as the Senior Accounts Officer at SCA Property Group. Ivanka is responsible for controlling the Accounts Payable process for the Corporate Finance Business Unit, organising and supervising payment activities to maintain control and accuracy. Ivanka has more than 20 years’ experience in accounts having worked for companies including Westfield, UNICEF, Hancock Coal and Hy-Tec Industries.
