Tim Phillips is now in the role of Head of Shopping Centre Management and City Retail.

Peter Feros takes on the role of Head of Retail Asset and Development Management.
Ali Qadir has been promoted to Senior Finance Manager, Joint Venture Centres.
Alicia Kueh joins the team as Senior Finance Manager, Internal Centres. Over the past seven years Alicia has worked across a number of roles with JLL.
Callum Sinclair joins the national retail marketing team as Marketing Executive.
Monica Booker joins Willows Shopping Centre as Marketing Assistant. Monica previously worked with Stockland.
Tyla Hill joins Dexus at Smithfield Shopping Centre in the role of Customer Service Representative.
Valentina Veratti joins the Smithfield team in the role of Business Development Representative.
Deborah McKilligan has been promoted to Centre Manager, Deepwater Plaza, Deborah was previously the Marketing Manager at Smithfield, Cairns.
Anna Calder joins as Marketing Manager, Carillon City in Perth CBD.
Martin Tavra joins as Leasing Manager, Perth.
Daniel Dinte joins the retail team as Leasing Executive.
Andrew Santoro joins Dexus as Leasing Executive.
Mark Farquhar joins as Centre Manager, Smithfield, Cairns.
Kelly Clough is now Administration Manager at Beenleigh Marketplace.

Jacqui Bell has been appointed Centre Manager at Menai Marketplace. Jacqui has spent many years at Macarthur Square in various different roles most recently as Retail Manager and steered the team through a successful development.
Simon Ward has been appointed Centre Manager at Craigieburn Central, Victoria on a 12-month maternity leave contract. Simon joins Lendlease with almost two decades’ worth of retail management experience. He was previously General Manager of St. Collins Lane and, prior to that, worked as Centre Manager at Burnside Village.
Paul Levers has been appointed to the role of Centre Manager for Armadale Shopping City and will continue in his role as Operations Manager at the centre.
Wayne Harris has been appointed Centre Manager of Southlands Boulevarde. Wayne will continue as Centre Manager of Northgate Shopping Centre at Geraldton in a dual capacity.
Quentin Dennis has been appointed as a Leasing Executive across Lendlease WA assets, on a 12-month secondment. Quentin was previously Centre Manager for Armadale Shopping City and Southlands Boulevarde.
Kelly Meredith has accepted a secondment as Administration Manager at Lakeside Joondalup. Previously Kelly was Administration Manager at Southlands Boulevarde.
Susan Jones has accepted a secondment as Administration Manager at Southlands Boulevarde along with her current role as Administration Manager at Armadale Shopping City.
Louise Struber returns from maternity leave as the Marketing Manager at Cairns Central.

Justine Hughes has commenced as Head of Retail Management. Justine has a wealth of property experience and was recently at Mirvac for over 13 years. Justine will lead the property managment, operational leasing, leasing administration, retail design and delivery teams.
Peter Burdon-Smith has commenced as Head of Major Projects Leasing, Garden City and Karrinyup. Peter has over 23 years’ experience and will lead the leasing function for the two major projects in Perth.
Karl Retief commences as Divisional Property Manager for the NZ Retail Portfolio. Karl has over 17 years of Retail Property Management experience in the NZ market, with the last 14 years as GM of a retail portfolio of eight shopping centres for Kiwi Property Group.
Nicole Hickling has commenced as Investment Manager.
Claire Ridley has commenced as General Manager – Marketing, WA Projects. Claire was previously Senior Marketing Manager at Karrinyup Shopping Centre.
Sharnee Vigors has been promoted to the role of Marketing Manager Ocean Keys. Sharnee was previously Marketing Assistant.
Julia Davidson commences as Marketing Manager at Dapto Mall.
Edgar Gomez commences as Senior Analyst based in Head Office.
Janet Wong commences as Finance Manager based in Head Office.
Dean Young commences as Centre Manager at Marrickville Metro.
Alex Brown commences as Centre Manager at Randwick and Northbridge. Alex was previously Centre Manager at Marrickville Metro.
Karishma Walsh has returned from maternity leave in a new role, joining the Risk & Compliance team as Risk Analyst.
Jonathan Smith has moved into the Transactions Team as a Senior Transactions Analyst.
Amy McIntosh commences as Team Assistant in the Place Strategy & Design team.
Debbie Cook has been contracted into the role of Reception/Administrative Support at Stud Park Shopping Centre, following Emily Roberts’ secondment to Malvern Central Shopping Centre.
Michael Degering has commenced as Centre Manager at Stud Park Shopping Centre.
Gee Yap has commenced in the WA Development team as a Development Finance resource for Karrinyup.
Natalia Lee has commenced in the WA Development team as Development Finance resource for Garden City Perth.

Tanya Ryder has returned to work in a new role, as Marketing Manager at Parkmore Shopping Centre. Tanya was previously the Assistant Marketing Manager at Melbourne Central.
Lachlan Crowl has joined the team at Casuarina Square as Retail Manager. Lachlan has been with the Group since 2014, and was previously the Assistant Property Manager at Norton Plaza.
Louise Martin is now the Assistant Centre Manager at Casuarina Square. Louise was previously working at Parkmore Shopping Centre, as the Centre Manager.
Cameron Tynan is the new Centre Manager at Wollongong Central, moving from Chirnside Park. Cameron has been with the Group since 2010.

returns to her role as Regional Marketing Manager, following her secondment as Centre Manager at Rhodes Waterside during Amy McIver’s parental leave.
Hitomi Sanders has been appointed Marketing Manager at Moonee Ponds Central. Hitomi has held previous roles in Marketing at Retail First, Leda, Centro and Stockland.
Jessica Thy joins Mirvac as Assistant Marketing Manager at Birkenhead Point. Jessica joined just prior to the launch of Birkenhead Point’s premium precinct development.
Lauren Wehbe has been appointed Pop Up Executive based at head office. Lauren was most recently a Retail Leasing Assistant at Scentre Group and has previously worked in various Centre Management roles including Admin Manager and Assistant Marketing Manager at Carlingford Court, Norton Plaza and Forestway.

Caroline Fitzwater joins as General Manager, National Facilities Management. Caroline has a diverse background in property asset management across both public and private sectors. Most recently, Caroline was the Director of Global Occupier Services with Cushman & Wakefield, responsible for the management of outsourced facilities and property management for a number of corporate and public sector clients.
Becky Edney joins as Community Experience Manager, based in Support Office. Becky comes with a wealth of experience in community engagement, corporate partnerships and communications, largely in the not-for-profit sector.
Amy Riley has joined the PMO as Portfolio Delivery Manager. She joins us after a long career with Dimension Data, where she was most recently the National Operations Manager.
Andrew Rattenbury joins Scentre Group in the role of Senior Estimator from Fletchers where he spent his last 18 years.
Mick Nash joins the Risk Management team as National Life Safety Manager. He has more than 30 years’ experience in Building Construction, Mining, Civil Engineering, Process Engineering and Manufacturing.
Luisa Young joins the Risk Management Team as Head of Enterprise Risk and Business Continuity. Luisa has significant experience within the property industry having worked for Stockland, Charter Hall (for almost 10 years) and more recently, with the Roberts Family Office, in roles across Risk, Governance and Compliance.
Leigh Caulfield has been appointed the position of Facilities Manager at Fountain Gate, moving from multiple roles in Risk and Security.
Chris Holmes has accepted the role of Facilities Manager at Airport West, commencing in 2018. He commenced his Westfield career nearly 10 years ago at Whitford City, relocating to Melbourne and working in a number of Victorian centres before returning to WA and Whitford City in 2015.
Christine Rallis has been promoted to the role of Group Manager, Operations.
Michael Sheldrick has had a role change from Projects and Applications Manager to Provisioning & Applications Manager. He is now focused on the design, testing and provisioning of all technology required to run our existing network and future project deployments to enhance our network growth.
George Tsoukalas has been promoted from National Sales Manager to Head of BrandSpace Retail. George joined Scentre Group in 2011 and has overseen the transformation of the Brands to Retail team from a relatively small team focused on experiential activation to a one that engages with both national and international brands.

Ruth Watson has been appointed as Assistant Marketing Manager at Stockland Townsville. Ruth comes to us with a wealth of marketing and communications experience most recently from the North Queensland Cowboys.
Casey Horner has been appointed as Marketing Manager at Stockland Balgowlah and Stockland Cammeray. Casey joins having previously worked as a media executive at Fairfax across the health and travel division.
Kathryn Bracken has been appointed as Assistant Marketing Manager at Stockland Point Cook and Stockland Tooronga. Kat joins us from Burbank where she undertook residential marketing.
Laura Knowles has been appointed as Retail Manager, Stockland Harrisdale. Laura joins us from Vicinity Centres and was recently involved in the redevelopment at Mandurah Forum.
Natalie North returns from parental leave as Assistant Marketing Manager at Stockland Jesmond. Natalie has been with Stockland for five years and previously worked in marketing at both Stockland Jesmond and Wallsend.
Gianna Paterno has been appointed as Regional CML Executive in the NSW team managing Stockland Merrylands, Stockland Bathurst, Stockland Baulkham Hills, Stockland Piccadilly and Stockland Cammeray. Gianna comes to us with a wealth of experience within retail asset management and sales, having held various roles with Scentre Group.
Nicole Silver has been appointed as Regional CML Executive in the NSW team managing Stockland Wetherill Park. Nicole joins us from Scentre Group where she has worked within the CML space for the past 11 years.
Cynthia Zabaneh has been appointed as Marketing Manager at Stockland Wetherill Park. Cynthia joins us from Ipoh where she has held various roles including Marketing Manager at The Galeries Sydney and most recently as the Brand and Partnerships Manager.

Marc Thompson has been appointed Portfolio Manager for the Coles Portfolio Team. Marc brings with him extensive experience having overlooked a portfolio of seven assets for the Kildair Group.
Sonja de Jong joins Floreat Forum in the Receptionist role. Sonja brings with her over three years’ experience in administration and has previously managed key accounts and client services.
Rhys Persoon joins the NSW Retail team as Portfolio Coordinator. Rhys has a Bachelor of Business Management and previously worked in the JLL managed Woolworths portfolio.
Nikki Lauder joins as Administration Manager in the IRAPT Portfolio Central Coast hub. Nikki brings with her several years’ experience in a variety of administration roles.
John Fairbairn has been appointed General Manager at World Square Shopping Centre. John is making the transition from commercial to retail, having spent the past 11 years as Commercial Manager.
Kim Cody joins Melbourne GPO as Centre Administrator. Kim brings a wealth of knowledge having had 12 years of experience in the retail sector.

Nik Potter has joined as Property Analyst based in head office.
Pavle Andric has joined as Asset and Development Finance Manager.
Monika Cindric has joined as Administration Manager Sydney Hub – NSW.
Carla Beer has joined as Administration Manager Salamander Bay Square.
Chris Harris has joined as Retail Manager Salamander Bay Square.
Ryan Parke has joined as Operations Assistant Salamander Bay Square.
Mary Sansano has joined as Administration Assistant Bass Hill Hub.
Elizabeth Campbell has joined as Team Assistant – Development Team.
