Justin Travlos appointed as Regional Development Manager NSW. Justin has qualifications in architecture and development finance and has been with Stockland for more than 11 years. Justin most recently was the Development Manager on Stockland Wetherill Park.
Hitomi Sanders appointed Assistant Marketing Manager at Stockland Point Cook and Stockland Tooronga. Hitomi joins us from Retail First where she recently worked in marketing for Aspley Hypermarket, Booval Fair and Fairfield Gardens. She also worked at Centro Toombul and Morayfield in Marketing and CML roles.
Farah Abidi appointed as Retail Manager at both Benowa Gardens and Pacific Pines. Farah has worked previously in professional roles including Centre Management teams, marketing and administration.
Rachel O’Neill appointed as Retail Manager at Shellharbour and Corrimal. Rachel has worked for Aventus Property for the last two years as an Assistant Centre Manager of Caringbah Homemaker Centre and Mile End Homemaker Centre as well as the Centre Manager at Highlands Hub. She is credited with becoming the youngest Centre Manager ever within Aventus. Prior to that she has worked in lease administration and property management administration giving her a solid all-round understanding of Property Management.
Stephen Rowe appointed as Regional Development Manager Vic/WA. Stephen has extensive experience in the industry having previously worked for Westfield and AMP before joining Stockland as the Regional Asset Manager for the VIC/WA Region four years ago.
Amy Mitchell appointed as Centre Manager at Stockland Merrylands. Amy started with Stockland as a Lease Administration Officer in 2007, becoming a CML Executive in 2009 and then CML NSW Regional Manager. In 2013, Amy was appointed Centre Manager, Stockland Bathurst followed by Centre Manager at Stockland Baulkham Hills and, most recently, Stockland Townsville.
Ingrid Vanin appointed as National Manager, Casual Mall Leasing. Ingrid brings a wealth of experience to this senior manager role following three years as Regional Casual Mall Leasing Manager for the Victorian, Western Australian and, more recently the Queensland portfolio. Prior to joining us Ingrid held a number of Casual Mall Leasing and Marketing roles with The GPT Group in NSW and Centro in Melbourne.
Rose Orr appointed as National Manager, Brand Alliance. Rose has held the position of National Sales Manager at QIC for the last four years where she was responsible for the establishment, successful implementation and growth of their Out of Home media platform across their real estate business. Before that she held the position of Key Account Executive at Westfield Brandspace for four years.
Maud Garnier appointed as Development Professional in NSW looking after Stockland Baulkham Hills. Maud has been at Stockland for over five years working in various roles in legal and lease administration, project management and tenancy delivery.
Paul Davis appointed as Centre Manager at Stockland Hervey Bay. Paul has been with Stockland since May 2014 where he was the Centre Manager at Stockland Wetherill Park and has successfully seen Wetherill Park through the redevelopment.
Malcolm Miller appointed as Centre Manager at Stockland Gladstone. Malcolm joins us with extensive experience with his most recent position with Retail First at Australia Fair on the Gold Coast, and has worked both locally and internationally in a variety of retail centres. This also includes six years at Robina on the Gold Coast seeing the asset through redevelopment.

Lyle Turner joined the Victorian Leasing team as Leasing Executive for Watergardens. Lyle joins QIC from Vicinity where, over the last year, he held the role as Leasing Executive looking after a number of centres including Broadmeadows. Prior to that he spent 21 years at Bakers Delight having been a multi-site franchise owner operator and also held the Director of Property role within their head office. He brings many years of experience from the retailer side of the business together his experience from the Landlord.
Andrew Terry has joined the project team at Eastland. Andrew joins QIC from the Scentre Group, in which he spent the past 13 years in various roles, concluding as a Senior Leasing Executive.

Paz has extensive experience leading teams and creating/managing digital products across corporate, agency and start-up environments and will be a great additional to our Digital Marketing team.
Regan Kempthorne has been appointed Marketing Manager Warringah Mall, joining the team through the ongoing development project. Regan has broad experience from her roles in Westfield Hurstville and recently Westfield Sydney, as well as making a valuable contribution to the National Marketing team in Head Office.
Claudia Casser commences as Marketing Manager at Westfield Bondi Junction. Claudia joins us from Bauer Media where she was Marketing and Circulation manager for a number of high profile Australian magazines including Australian Women’s Weekly, Harper’s Bazaar, ELLE and Cleo.
Richard Schmid commenced as Marketing Manager, Westfield Tuggerah on a nine-month secondment. Richard was the Marketing Manager at Bondi Junction from May 2015 and made significant achievements, including the communications plan for ticketless parking.
Georgie McCourt relocated to Casey Central in the role of Retail Marketing Manager. Georgie was formerly Retail Manager at Southland and has worked on several Victorian assets. She has a breadth of experience throughout the Scentre Group business which will be invaluable in delivering the final stages of the Casey Central project.
