Events Development

Westfield Warringah Mall

Westfield Warringah Mall opens their new Fresh Food Marketplace and Eatery, the first part of its $310-million development set to launch in late 2016.

Over 20 retailers opened their doors including Banana Blossom, The Natural Butcher, oFarm organic grocer, and local favourite, Samjon Seafood on the ground level near Woolworths, plus Just Cuts, Vodafone, Prouds, Zamels and more on Level 1. The centre will also open 1,200 new parking spaces over five levels with access to the new precinct.

The fresh food precinct opened with much fanfare – more than 20 events ran during the launch period from 30 June to 3 July, including live cooking demonstrations from local ambassadors, MKR winners Will and Steve.

Stage Two will launch at the end of the year, delivering world-class design with a brand new lifestyle and fashion precinct including a new MYER concept store.

By the end of the year the centre’s GLA will increase from 125,000m2 to 134,000m2 and have an additional 70 new stores (20 in the fresh food area and 50 in a new fashion and lifestyle area).
