Cranbourne Park Final Stage opens
Cranbourne Park Final Stage opens the final phase of the $110-million redevelopment of Cranbourne Park opened on 25 September.
With a 13,500m2 extension and complete centre transformation, Cranbourne Park is the first centre in Australia to offer the combination of a new-generation Coles, Target and Kmart all under one roof. New retailers include JB HiFi Home, Harris Scarfe, Typo and Smiggle, as well as new restaurants and a state-of-the art children’s play area.
Executive General Manager Development, Jonathan Timms said: “We have created a market-leading contemporary centre offering for the Cranbourne community with a leading range of fashion and other retailers combined with exciting dining choices, all within an exceptionally family-friendly environment. The local community has overwhelmingly welcomed the new centre resulting in a marked increase in customer visits.”
The new casual dining precinct, designed to complement the existing food court, is the perfect place to meet friends for lunch and dinner with cafes, licensed restaurants and specialist coffee bars. Cranbourne Park Stage 1 opened in March this year and Stage 2 was also finished on schedule, completing a total centre transformation over 18 months.SCN
