ISPT has settled on two retail centres adding to the retail portfolio. A 50% interest in Ashfield Mall, 8km west of the Sydney CBD and a 100% interest in Nundah Village, located 8km north of the Brisbane CBD.
Ashfield Mall is co-owned with Abacus Property Group and is a sub regional centre with Woolworths, Coles and Aldi supermarkets.
Nundah Village is a convenience based neighbourhood centre with a Woolworths supermarket.
Sam Curry, General Manager, Retail Services at ISPT said “Ashfield Mall and Nundah Village are well located close to transport hubs, major CBD’s and within strong trade areas. We see the potential for long term redevelopment options to see these Centres grow in line with the local community requirements. ISPT is pleased to partner with Abacus Property Group on Ashfield Mall.”
