The Publisher – Michael Lloyd
With roots in resort development in such exotic locations as Jamaica and the Seychelles, Michael Lloyd began his shopping centre industry career in 1975 with Lend Lease, working on the MLC Centre Retail where he brought exclusive retailers to the Castlereagh Street level which ultimately established Castlereagh Street as the location for the premium brands. As a senior director of Lend Lease Retail, he was at the forefront of many of the major shopping centre developments in Australia.
In 1988, he purchased a small industry newsletter. He and industry mover and shaker Sabina Rust developed it into heavyweight title Shopping Centre News, introducing such iconic, essential features as the annual Guns rankings and analysis.
Over the last 20 years or so, Michael has spent significant parts of the year in Philippines, Malaysia, South Korea, India and China where he Consults on the development and management of major shopping centres.
Managing Editor – Leanne Liu
Leanne’s professional career began with prestige cosmetic brand Shiseido, working at both Head Office and in-store. She spent some time in the telecommunications industry, as well as food and hospitality, before joining Shopping Centre News in 2012 as the Industry Editor.
In 2014, Leanne took the reigns as Managing Editor and is passionate about continuing to produce and feature the quality content that makes Shopping Centre News one of the leading industry publications in the world, and the voice of the Shopping Centre industry in Australia.
Director – Marketing & Partnerships – Belinda Daly
Belinda is a veteran of shopping centre marketing with more than 25 years’ experience in the retail and property sectors. Belinda has worked for a number of leading property companies including Lendlease, Walker Corporation, Stockland and most recently led the marketing function for AMP Capital Shopping Centres.
After a successful marketing career in the industry she is so passionate about, Belinda was excited to join SCN in 2018 to ensure the magazine reaches as many audiences around the world as possible.

Kym is SCN’s Media Integrations Manager, after recently contracting with Stockland, where she worked as part of the S Connect team, working across consumer retail media, partnerships, sponsorships, pop up and activations.
Kym has an extensive media background, and has had a career spanning across Radio, OOH, Print, Digital, Retail and FMCG Media, and Custom Publishing. Kym is a talented sales and marketing professional with a passion for Retail, Real Estate and Consumer Shopper Environments.
